what is a cookie?
a tiny piece of text a website asks your browser to remember. not the biscuit kind, sadly.
the one we use
name: sc.session
job: keeps you logged in to your account
lasts: 30 days, or until you log out
contains: a scrambled id number. not your name, not your email (we do not even ask for your email), not anything about you.
it is strictly necessary: without it, logging in simply would not work. that is why there is no big consent pop-up here, just this honest little page.
what we do not use
no advertising cookies. no tracking cookies. no analytics cookies. no selling your data to anyone, ever. if that ever changes (it is not planned), this page will say so loudly first.
when you buy something
checkout happens on paypal, our payment provider. their pages set their own cookies to keep payments secure - that is covered by paypal's privacy policy.
getting rid of it
log out and it is gone. or clear cookies in your browser settings any time - you will just need to log in again.
