what you are buying
everything in this shop is a digital download: you pay once, and a high-resolution image file lands in your account, ready to download for personal use. nothing is posted, so there is nothing to send back.
if something goes wrong
if your download does not arrive, will not open, or is not the piece you paid for, tell us and we will fix it or refund you in full. that is a promise, not a maybe.
changed your mind?
under uk rules, digital purchases can be cancelled within 14 days unless you have already downloaded the file. so: bought something and not downloaded it yet? ask within 14 days and you will get a full refund. already downloaded it? then the artwork is yours and the sale is final - though if you are genuinely unhappy, get in touch anyway. we are small, human, and reasonable.
how to ask
email sillyaliencatshop@gmail.com with your username and which piece you bought. refunds go back to the card you paid with, usually within 5 to 10 working days.
